Take care
Taking care of your contacts is easy. Wash your hands before removing your contacts, then clean and disinfect them with OPTI-FREE® RepleniSH®.
Take your time
If you are new to contacts, don't worry, it gets easier to put them in over time. Follow these simple tips and you'll be popping them in in no time. First, reach around your head and hold your top lid open. It looks funny, but it works. Pull the lower lid down with your middle finger on the other hand, the one holding the contact. Try keeping both eyes open when you're putting the lens in; your eyes aren't used to staying open when things get close to them, so you are both learning. Be patient!
